Silence! Extra Judicial Killings Are In Process

Its shame on the ruling Government when talented youth is been disgraced and humiliated by the Law & there’s no-one to own them or upkeep. Karachi is gifted by the most educated & artistic youth, but when this generation is humiliated, the whole society is responsible of it. Time, the rulers and the people on whole are answerable if is a single dream is undecided.

MQM Malir Sector Committee Member Anis-Ur-Rehman was picked up by Rangers from home on new years’ eve. He was arrested charged with 8 crimes act including 302/34, 13D, 13E etc. Anis-Ur Rehman has served as joint incharge & he has been a very hard working peoples’ man. The neighborhood have witnessed that he have been a humble & helpful person. He is considered smart, someone who knows how to put things together and come up with a solution.

Belonging to a middle class family with ailing mother, wife & a daughter; were left alone behind. It was difficult but a mothers’ love is supreme than everything, with her illness she used to visit him daily in Karachi Central Jail. For us it’s easy to write in words but whatever this family was going through can only be knowledgeable by them and no one else.

The dilemma is that Anis Bhai mother passed away on April 3, 2014 waiting for her son to be back home (Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Elayhi Raji'un). He seek permission to attend memorial on parole, unfortunately He was not allowed to attend funeral of his own Mother. Does any human being can do this? Are we humans? Which law does not allow a son to attend his mothers’ funeral? It’s a shame on entire society, a tragedy, but who to be held accountable for this? The dead body was taken to Karachi Central Jail so the only son could have the ‘Akhri Deedar’ of his mother & wish forgiveness from her.

The questions may not describe the feelings but the answers are obvious, he must be imagining her being with him all the time, now he was left alone. The memories are alive and hallucinating him almost every minute. He must be longing to be hold by dearly departed mother and would have told her that how much he had loved her. He must have not stand the thought that she has gone and would love nothing more but to be with her, her memories must be haunting him every second. It must be hard for him to accept the fact that His Mother has gone FOREVER.

MQM Youth is here not for benefit of oneself but for the future of Pakistan. Someone who does not feel the same, is alone; the situation that they end up living life & they must ‘get back to the start’.

From 1984 ---> To 2014

Migration is a painful act in which a person / group of persons or a nation say farewell to their homeland and migrate to another destination. These migrations sometimes kill their own identity and meant to adopt the norms of new place.

In Pakistan everyone keeps asking about who is Mohajir & what is Mohajir? To reply it is said that definition of Mohajir is same as the definition of Pakistan. Even after many years the question is still very much alive that who are Mohajirs and where do they come from? These people are neither Punjabi, Sindhi, Pathans nor Baluchs, but just Pakistanis.

March 18, 1984 was the foundation day of MQM (the then Mohajir Quami Movement) which was founded by Altaf Hussain who realized the difficulties, fears & unlawfulness by so called fueds & waderaas faced by Mohajirs. This organization was not against anyone but was formed for safety & to save the future of their coming generations. This movement consisted on courageous & literate youth; who had vision to do something better and respectable for their country and nation. MQM was formed not for supremacy or power but for the rights of the people who migrated just in name of Pakistan. MQM’s basic decree was to unite Mohajirs who faced illegality & injustice.

With Altaf Hussain; MQM was successful enough to unite many of its followers and received outstanding support from the two big cities of Pakistan i.e. Hyderabad & Karachi. MQM succeeded in bringing up the well-educated middle class youth and sent them to National Assembly of Pakistan, Provincial Assembly, Mayors & Counselors. This was the very first time in Pakistan’s history that middle class representation were elected; were sent to National & Provincial Assemblies. Where this was not even thought that people from middle class will ever be able to compete & will ever win elections and may ever be sent to National or Provincial Assemblies against the huge feuds & waderaas.

Hence the change was there, Altaf Hussain succeeded in bringing up such talented & sending deserving youth to the supreme representation of Pakistan. This revolution bought ray of light in the middle class & lower class, which became possible under MQM platform. The vision of realism & practicalsm has already spread in various cities of Pakistan. Serving humanity is faith, building positive Pakistan is belief & philosophy of life is conviction.

Since 1984 till this date March 18, 2014 the movement is towards to its destination and InshaALLAH Positive Pakistan will bloom in the world soon.

My Own Companion Am I….!

As we grow Life teaches many things which aren’t been explained, written or act. Throughout my childhood I was daddy’s girl & my father was my hero, my 1st love! He gave me security & confidence for the rest of my life. I always felt secured – protected under his shelter.

I lost my father when I was 20; life takes a turn & leaving me with empty feet & no path to lean on. Leaving my dreams aside; took a harsh step and started job to look after the siblings. After completion of studies of my brother & sister, was married as my mother desired.

Like every wife devoted my life to my husband, was blessed by a daughter. But things were getting bad, like conservative men; domestic violence was routine & things worse day by day. There I took a harsh stand and left husband with a 4 year old daughter.

There I explored for myself;
There was the birth of sense ‘KHUDI’.

I gave away the string of my life in HIS (Allah) hands;
As HE (Allah) is incharge of my life.

HE (Allah) protects me on each step;
I don’t feel scared anymore.

He (Allah) let me see beyond horizons now,
I feel like swinging up to clouds.

The rosy light of dawn washes away,
The darkness of night.

He (Allah) opened doors to fresh new world,
I bask in my loneliness.

He (Allah) opened my eyes & unlock my soul,
I find my voice, my soul mates lives within!

My mind began to play to its own rhythm,
My feet, once stilled are now dancing!

I am no longer alone, I am my own friend,
My own companion am I….!

(This is a true story of my very dear friend, now she is MashaALLAH running her own business & taking very good care of her daughter – With Blessings of Almighty – Alone)

Tribal Wars In Sind

Away from Karachi there are many tribes in rural Sind that have not seen peaceful mornings; tribal wars, equipped conflicts & fear of getting killed is ensemble sign; forced to opt by the locals in these zones. There are many generations that have not been away from their tribes. There are infrequent areas in Pakistan where people can’t move without terror of fear, but the situations in tribal areas of Sind is bit contrary rather alarming. Especially in Rural Sind, conflicts between ethnic groups of eastern side of River Indus & southern Sind has swallow many thousands lives. And this is the reason that the highways of rural Sind especially in dark aren’t safe to travel.

These tribes narrate these tribal wars as ethnic replication, how deadly these replications can get may easily be stated that regardless of common man; even influential disagree to visit such places. Thus these areas have halt back the general / special public to stay away from such areas for many many years and are not welcoming to any strangers.

Vast areas of Rural Sind is famous in draining cultural conflict but the most affected area which took away 180 lives is the war between Sloangi & Kosh tribes. As time passes this tribal wars had expanded to Sind, Punjab & Baluchistan. People in urban areas can’t imagine the fear they face to such happenings, which the locals faced very moment. The affected areas are considered to be the war zones to the outsiders or the individuals of opposite tribes.

It is said that KACHY KA ELAQA & dacoits are best partners; as per local newspapers & the natives of such areas do tell stories about the kidnapping& extortion of travelers, natives do suggest not to travel inside villages or near Indus highway especially in night to avoid such on-goings.

According to local Sindhi newspaper 564 men, 57 women & 20 children were murdered in 852 tribal wars in 2013 injuring 1733. These guerillas have also kidnapped 25 women& 60 men in the following year. District Khairpur the constituency of chief minister of Sind Mr. Qaim Ali Shah is said to be the most affected district in these clashes as on other hand speaker Sind Assembly Mr. Agha Siraj Durrani constituency took away most lives in the same. Larkana; headquarters of Pakistan people’s party is also in the ranking with most dangerous assassins in the lead as more than 100 killings were happened with no record behind.

As per local news reporter these tribes have declared ceasefire but the fear has increased, locals or outsiders are afraid of killer silence. Police or any other law abiders cannot interfere or if they do they face retaliation. These tribes don’t accept law but their Sardars or waders are law to them.

Hence, the so called parliamentarians from rural Sind keep their local areas busy in internal wars so the people couldn’t question them about the growth & development in their zones. Despite Pakistan people’s party being in government for the last 3 decades   is failed to bring development in basic necessities like schools, clear drinking water, proper sanitation, hospitals, colleges, universities, proper roads etc.

Question is why the rural Sind is being neglected by their elected members? Why the elected parliamentarians do not focus on the betterment of common man? Do they visit their constituencies & try to resolve their issues? Why law and order is not established in such areas? Why people in rural Sind ignored by their stakeholders? People of rural Sind want to know what’s store in their future or is the slavery their ultimate destination.

One Direction

Islam acknowledge women’s equality with men in great respects, unfortunately this is been missing since this Taliban sequential started all around the country. Talibans wants to implement sharyat in Pakistan, The sharyat which was preached by Holy Prophet Mohammad PBUH or the one which is man made interpretation?
 The Quran states:

"And among His signs is this: that He created mates for you from yourselves that you may find rest and peace of mind in them, and He ordained between you love and mercy. Certainly, herein indeed are signs for people who reflect." [Noble Quran 30:21]

Women has already suffered much in many areas in Pakistan they are been oppressed, many have no right to educated themselves, abused in physical & mental manners, not allowed of any medical facilities, child marriages, and forced marriages. What betterment will be brought for these problems already mugged by women?

Government of Pakistan seeks the way of peace talks with 3 Male members from Taliban side and 4 male member committee from Government side is also been announced; no female member included neither from Taliban or Government side. Regretfully we have ignored the main entity in these dialogues, “women”.

As the women has suffered the most and may if no preventive measure taken during the peace talks, the role of Pakistani women will not be less than of sexism & slavery.

What woman is to Taliban? Girls are not allowed to be educated after the age of eight, unless they are allowed to study Holy Quran within the walls. Burqa should be worn by every woman and must not appear in the streets without blood relative. They encourage marriages for girls under the age of 16, and it’s reported that 80% of the marriages are suppose to be forced one. Women are not allowed to work. Not allowed to be treated by any Male Doctors remaining them untreated and times lead to deaths. Public flogging & executions of women are practice of honor so Talibans. Women are treated as toys, slaves or the notorious habit of sexism.

As a Pakistani woman, I would like to ask the government:

Ø     What will be the future of women in Pakistan after these peace talks?

Ø     As per Taliban women are deficient in intelligence and religion, the woman's share of intellect does not reach man's level. Women who get out from house for work or to study will have to wear burqa otherwise they will be treated as a sign of corruption?

Ø     They would not be allowed to speak either or their voice will be an invitation to strangers? Will every girl be treated like Malala?

Ø     The 52% women are contributing in either in rural or in urban areas across the country, will be held back as slaves just because the artificial sharyat says so?

Ø     Will women be allowed to cast their votes or there won’t be any elections under Shariat? In election 2013 women are not allowed by the Jirga in KPK to cast their votes in areas under Taliban’s influence?

Ø     Will girls be murdered if the found singing / dancing like happened in Kohistan? All five girls were murdered after the dancing video was leaked from a marriage ceremony.

Ø     A pregnant Afghan widow was publicly flogged with 200 lashes and then shot 3 times in the head for “alleged adultery”; Pakistan Constitution will allow such barbarism? Will women ever be safe?

Ø     Like in Afghanistan all ground floors & first floors of residential building are painted or covered up to prevent women being visible from streets. Will Pakistan adopt such jail type quarters in coming future?

Ø     I do believe that there would be no photography of filming allowed in newspapers, books, shops, TV etc of women. Would there be ban for life for women in public appearances?

Ø     Women won’t be allowed to carry out cell phones, or else they might violate so-called sharyat. Has anyone thought that way so?

Ø     Pakistani Women would be prohibiting of wearing jeans & of course they won’t be allowed appearing in public without PROPER veil.

Ø     Will there be medical facilities be allowed or will be left dead untreated?

Ø     Are we going back to the black era where girls were killed as they were born?

Ø     Every Pakistani woman has the right to ask Government why not women representation in Peace Talk Committee?

Ø     What contiguity plan does Government seeks for the protection of women rights?

My reservations stands that there should be representation of women in these peace talks or else the future of Pakistani Women is much though than is now! Inferiority is already faced by 85% of the women in Pakistan; all such doubts may do bring depression and anxiety & may end up in a massive loss.

May Allah guide us all to One Direction as written in Quran & delivered by Holy Prophet Mohammad SAWW.

Mujhse Poacha Zameer-e-Adalat Ne Jaab

Tum Ko Mohsin-e-Gulistan Se Kiya Chahiye

Mae Ne Be Khauf Aur Be Baak Ho Kar Kaha

Mujh Ko Munsif Ka Kalma-e-Waafa Chahiye

Jo Saleeb-e-Naqeeb-e-Mohabat Bhi Ho

Uss Waafa Ka Mujhy Aasra Chahiye

Harr Safr Ki Moaen Hae Manzil Magar

Rehnuma K Bajuz Koi Manzil Nahi

Lamby Safar Mae Safar K leay

Jaisy Moosa Ko Rah Mae Khizar Chahiye

Goya Ek Paigambar Ko Bhi Rehbur Chahiye

Hum Ne Keh Tau Dya Tum Ne Sunn Tau Liya

Hum Ko Kya Chahiye’ Humko Manzil Nahi Rehnmua Chahiye
